The West Sussex Bat Project
The West Sussex Bat Project focuses on an area of West Sussex that contains three Special Areas of Conservation (SAC). This project aims to restore and improve the conservation status of Annex II bats in the project area and will build on previous work in the area. Specifically it will focus on barbastelle and Bechstein’s bats, as well as greater horseshoe bats.
The Small Myotis Project
The small myotis project is a nationwide project being run in collaboration with bat groups. This project aims to look at the distribution of the small myotis species within the UK and identify trends in habitat preferences.
